$8000 USD relo allowance - NOT TAXED
$12,000 USD - annual bonus paid out in 12 months

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across various departments, including medical-surgical units, emergency rooms, and long-term care facilities.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols and safety standards.
- Assist with procedures such as suturing, IV insertions, catheterizations, and tube feedings under supervision.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously, recognize signs of deterioration, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Support discharge planning by educating patients on medication management, wound care, and follow-up appointments.
- Adhere strictly to infection control practices, aseptic techniques, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in areas such as trauma medicine, critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, or behavioral health.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- NCLEX passed or eligible to sit for NCLEX
- Will need to obtain a State Nursing License
- Will complete credentialingh for a TN work Visa
- Ability to relocate to USA
- Must be a Canadian Citizen
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology principles, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in clinical rotations or internships during nursing education is advantageous but not required.
